Meet the Founder
Judy has a keen interest in seeing every individual enjoy the well-being that comes from health and the risk protection that comes from health insurance. Her passion is the design of innovative critical illness insurance products that bear two important qualities for the current economic times: accessibility for the mass to middle class and best value for money for the insured.
As CEO and Founder of Zoii Asia, Judy meets with insurance companies from around the region, to collaborate in the design of affordable, bite-sized, and customisable critical illness insurance solutions for the mass to middle-income target segments.
With more than two decades of medical travel marketing experience in Asia, Judy served as Director of Marketing for the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH) in Singapore and spearheaded branding efforts to develop awareness of the Singapore public healthcare group brand in the global arena.
After her service with MOHH, Judy moved on as Regional Business Development Director Asia with Mobility Saint Honoré (MSH) International. MSH International, based in Paris, France, is a world leader in the design and management of international healthcare solutions. Judy later relocated to Shanghai as CEO, MSH International (China), to grow the China market. Judy led the re-organisation of key leadership teams, re-strategized the sales teams and distribution channels to expand MSH’s breadth of partnerships in China.
Judy was instrumental in building up the international branding for two premier hospitals in Thailand: the Bangkok Hospital Group and Bumrungrad International Hospital. She drove market development efforts for these two leading hospitals in the diverse markets of Bangladesh, Cambodia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, and Vietnam.
Meet the Advisor
With more than two decades of international experience spanning Canada, Singapore, and Thailand, Cindy is a cross-cultural executive and project director whose career defies conventional boundaries. Her work experience cuts across publishing, software development, beauty, and intellectual property — a breadth that reflects an ability to move fluidly between industries and make an impact in each.
Cindy co-founded an IT startup spun off from a premier Singapore research institute, translating complex technical concepts into high-value commercial software that outpaced the competition. Transforming research into a viable commercial enterprise is one of the hardest leaps in business. Cindy bridged that gap; by combining deep product knowledge, sharp communication skills, and strategic business insight to build something real. Three software patent applications and international recognition from Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States — including the GWIIN Top 10 Women Inventor/Innovator Award from the Global Women Inventors & Innovators Network (UK) — attest to the quality of her work.
Beyond the boardroom, Cindy has partnered with NGOs to cultivate global business networks, developed community livelihood programmes designed to empower underserved populations, and led seminars for business leaders seeking to create broader, lasting impact.
From Singapore to the ASEAN region, across the Asia-Pacific, and onward to North America, Cindy has seen her career unfold across borders, cultures, and industries.
